Mooreast Offshore Base is a ISPS licensed shipyard operator. The facility boasts a robust production capacity of up to 1,000 tons of steel throughput annually. Strategically positioned in the Asia Pacific region, our expansive facilities encompass 32,000 m2 of functional space, comprising three key buildings dedicated to steel fabrication, warehousing, and administrative operations.

Boasting a 192m water-front berth, our facilities facilitate seamless maritime operations, offering commissioning, on-board fabrication, repairs, and testing services for marine vessels. In our commitment to sustainability, we’ve upgraded our quayside to provide shore power, reducing carbon footprints and advancing eco-friendly practices.

Waterfront
192m waterfront with 6.8m water depth at chart datum with a deck length of 10 tons per m2.
Fabrication
Fabrication of drag embedment anchors, driven piles, suction piles, chain stoppers, tensioning jacks, and buoys.
Specialized Steel Cutting
High-capacity CNC plasma cutting machine able to continuously cut up to 150mm steel plates.
Pull Test Bed
600T pull test bed for chain or rope tensioning, NDT and certifications.
Cable Splicing
Splicing, testing & certification services of steel wire rope, synthetic fiber rope & sling.
Mobilization
Mobilization and commisioning of vessels including sea-fastening, hot works, deck works.
Vessel Repair & Reactivation
Turnkey Vessel afloat repairs, reactivation and electrical/ electronic works.
Heavy Lifting
Up to 400 ton of lifting capabilities. Also able to provide lift barges for heavy equipment.
